- Tenancy Data includes passwords, tenancy start date, contract Length, number of tenants named on the contract, rent information, benefits You want from joining CreditLadder (Mortgages, Credit Cards, Loans, Credit History Building, Other), landlord or agent identity and contact data.
- Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details..
- Transaction Data includes (a) details about payments to and from You and other details of products and services You have purchased from Us; and (b) details about payments You have made to landlords/agents (c) details of transactions to and from Your bank account from bank account reading.
- Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, Your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, referral source, length of visit and number of page views for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing activity and patterns and does not identify any individual.
- Profile Data includes Your email and password, purchases or orders made by You, Your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
- Usage Data includes information about how You use our website, products and services.
- Marketing and Communications Data includes Your preferences in receiving marketing from Us and our third parties and Your communication preferences.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from Your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal Your identity. For example, We may aggregate Your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. Promotional offers from Us

TrueLayer
We use a company called TrueLayer Limited (www.truelayer.com ) (“www.truelayer.com”) to provide a tool that lets You send account data through Your relationship with Us to other service providers (“account aggregation”).
When You open an account with TrueLayer, it will ask You to consent to their Terms of Service (what they call ‘End-User Terms of Service’). This ensures that TrueLayer collects Your data and stores it securely. Data they could collect includes but is not limited to: - Personal Information - Account Balance Information - Bank Account Information - Transaction details.
This information is never stored by TrueLayer. Further in accordance with Your Terms of Service with TrueLayer, they will not disclose Your data and will be covered by TrueLayer’s Privacy Policy.
TrueLayer is a UK headquartered technology company. We have a contract with TrueLayer which requires them to comply with our privacy policy and to meet the requirements of the UK’s Data Protection Act in just the same way as it applies to Us.

Perkbox
We work with Perkbox Limited (www.perkbox.com), a benefits and discounts platform, to offer You CreditLadder Perks Monthly. To enable this, We will pass them Your Identity Data and Contact Data once You have consented to Us using Your data in this way. Once You open an account with Perkbox, it will ask You to consent to their Terms of Service. This ensures that Perkbox collects Your data and stores it securely. Further in accordance with Your Terms of Service with Perkbox, You are covered by Perbox's Privacy Policy.
Credit Intelligence
We work with Credit Intelligence Limited trading as Credito (www.credito.co.uk), a credit score and credit coach provider, to offer You CreditLadder Advanced. To enable this, We will pass them Your Identity Data, Contact Data and Transactional Data once You have consented to Us using Your data in this way. Once You open an account with Credito, it will ask You to consent to their Terms of Service. This ensures that Credito collects Your data and stores it securely. Further in accordance with Your Terms of Service with Credito, You are covered by Credito's Privacy Policy.

Urban Jungle
We work with Urban Jungle Services Limited (www.myurbanjungle.com), a home insurance services provider, to offer You a quote for home insurance.
